    ■ After-sales Service Department

    The company is headquartered in Guangzhou, with its own production plant and office space covering an area of 5000m². Currently, there are more than 40 technical personnel covering multiple disciplines such as mechanical, electronic, chemical, environmental, software, and testing. Over 90% of the staff hold bachelor's degrees or higher.

    ■ Supply of Spare Parts

    The company maintains a stock of spare instruments and all the necessary components, consumables, and specialized tools for instrument production. Upon receiving on-site requirements, we can provide the necessary items as quickly as the same day.

    ■ Equipment Issue Response

    The company has a technical service and repair center with a 24/7 hotline. General issues that can be resolved through remote guidance will receive an immediate response. For cases requiring component repair or replacement, on-site maintenance or replacement services can be provided.

    ■ Technical Support Methods

    The company offers various technical support methods, including remote technical services, on-site technical support, and regular inspection and maintenance.

    ■ Product Training Plan

    After the installation and commissioning of the product, we can provide users with basic application training. Following the practical application of the product, advanced application training can be offered to users.
