On the other hand, continuously improving management systems, customizing various systems reasonably, adjusting personnel staffing, recruiting talents, increasing the construction of high-quality team members, and building a strong and powerful combat team.
In terms of management, we will promote a series of reform measures, formulate various project management systems and accountability systems, effectively formulate and implement various incentive mechanisms, implement practical actions, create value, receive rewards, and not waste any effort. Subsequently, the signing ceremony for the "Industrial Process Online Analyzer Project", which was developed with a prize worth millions of RMB, was officially launched. The project development team consists of five members from the R&D and technical departments, who officially collaborate to develop an industrial process online analyzer.
