On January 10th, the "Etran Technology 2019 End of Year Summary and 2020 Work Plan Meeting" was successfully held in the headquarters conference room, with nearly 60 leaders and all employees from various departments of the company's headquarters and Guangzhou branch attending the meeting. The meeting consists of two parts: the summary of work for each department in 2019 and the work plan for 2020. Chairman Michael Wang attended the meeting and summarized the overall development of the company in 2019, pointing out the direction for achieving the company's business policy and objectives in 2020.

At the meeting, Chairman Michael Wang summarized the overall development of the company in 2019. Mr. Wang stated that 2019 has been a difficult year and also a year of growth. As the company enters its twelfth year of development, while striving to achieve various development goals, it strives to improve the sense of belonging and happiness of employees. On the one hand, it aims to upgrade and transform the office environment, create a more comfortable office environment, diversify cultural activities, and enrich the lives of employees. On the other hand, continuously improving management systems, customizing various policies reasonably, achieving standardization and rationality, with heavy rewards and light punishments. In 2019, it was a year of hard work and harvest. The people of Etran walked shoulder to shoulder, devoted themselves wholeheartedly, worked hard, and achieved remarkable results, composing a hymn that belongs to Etran people.

At the same time, Chairman Michael Wang gave a presentation on the 2020 business development plan of Etran Technology. With high expectations for the new year, Chairman Michael Wang emphasized that in terms of business strategy, while consolidating and enhancing the core competitiveness of existing products, we will fully enhance our independent innovation capabilities and product technology content, and accelerate the pace of new product research and development. On the other hand, taking advantage of a series of projects such as industry, academia, and research, as well as strong collaborations with domestic and foreign universities, we continuously increase resource investment, closely integrate high-quality talents and academic resources from universities with enterprise advantages and market demands, and enrich our product series. In terms of management, Etran Technology has always adhered to the main idea of "fairness, impartiality, honesty and trustworthiness, and openness" in management, adhering to the principle of "people-oriented, everyone makes the most of their talents, and makes the most of their talents". We hope that every Etran person can act as a manager, speak widely, work together, and strive to achieve various established goals, creating excellent achievements in Etran Innovation.

Subsequently, department leaders and employee representatives each summarized their work in detail for 2019, carefully pointed out the shortcomings and improvement methods in their work, conducted a reflective analysis of the reasons for unfinished work, and made a detailed plan for the 2020 work.
