Application Area

The TiH200 Formaldehyde Ambient Air Online Analyzer is designed for online monitoring of Formaldehyde concentration in ambient air and air pollution sources.

Detection Principle

Formaldehyde in ambient air is absorbed by the absorption solution, and reacts with acetylacetone in a acetic acid_acetate buffer solution to form a colored compound.

The absorbance of this substance is proportional to the concentration of formaldehyde, and the absorbance is measured at a specific wavelength.

The absorption module and reaction module undergo constant temperature treatment.

Calibration can be performed using gaseous or liquid formaldehyde standard samples.

The pre-processing unit is designed for low maintenance, with a maintenance cycle exceeding six months.

High selectivity in chemical reaction, no interference from aldehydes and ketones, and a long optical path flow cell ensure a low detection limit.

It employs a separation spiral tube trap design, and the gas-liquid separation device achieves the function of separating gas and liquid.

Embedded control system with programmable software design; users can configure it according to various monitoring requirements.

Equipped with intelligent functions such as automatic zero adjustment, calibration, measurement, cleaning, maintenance, and recovery. Simple operation and maintenance without the need for professional training.
